I know so many dudes and ladies who want to get into weight lifting but just are unsure of what exercises to do with free weights. This is one of my favorite fitness related books. It's called
Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier. It does an amazing job of breaking up body muscles and the exercises that hit each one. Delavier has great illustrations as well. It's the perfect resource for individuals of all fitness levels.
